A Taste of Taiwan – FEMpions Tea Ceremony

Exploring new cultures, sharing traditions, and connecting through unique experiences – that’s what FEMpions is all about!

This time, our FEMpion Serena Wang invited us on a wonderful journey into her Taiwanese heritage and the fascinating world of tea.

We discovered a variety of tea flavors, from delicate to surprisingly strong, and learned about the art of preparing the perfect cup. From traditional tea utensils to water temperatures and brewing times, Serena shared the little secrets that bring out the unique character of each tea.

But this evening was about much more than tasting tea. Serena also introduced us to the cultural and social significance of tea ceremonies in Taiwan, where sharing tea is a beautiful way to connect, show respect, and enjoy time together.

What a wonderful evening filled with new discoveries, warm conversations, and shared moments!
