Why FEMpions Was Founded
Bianca Thomas, a German journalist, coach, and trainer, spent 10 years in New York City, where she discovered the power of a strong network — both professionally and personally.
After moving back to Germany, she settled in Best, the Netherlands, and looked for a supportive female community to reestablish her life.
Inspired by this vision, she partnered with the city of Best to launch FEMpions: a space where women can grow, connect, and thrive together.
